As the first product designer we ever hire, you will
- Champion user-centric and decision-driven design principles to create seamless and looped user journeys that drive revenue growth, boost user productivity, and empower all Epsilions to ship features effortlessly using our proprietary lowcode platform called Saasflow.
- Drive user and customer engagement and retention by designing intuitive and compelling product experiences, such as enriching a cell in a table to include all insights for a decision and all actions needed to bring the decision to life.
- Chase the balance of enterprise-led and product-led growth to serve a diverse user base and drive multiple revenue streams.
- Collaborate with sales, success, and product teams to identify growth opportunities and get them done.
- Own and drive the NPS to a new height alongside other metrics.
